The boat was purchased 12 years ago for $120K. So I would expect resale value will be good for a long time yet. The boat is in good condition. You can sail it as well! It has been raced in many offshore and harbour races, with many wins to her name. Only thing not working is the fridge, but many people have battery powered eski fridges.
